Description :
A movie is a sequence of image frames where it has 24 to 80 frames per second. Actually old movies are often valuable in historical records. These movies may get damaged with the interaction of foreign bodies. By the interaction of these foreign bodies, image will get damage and will form blotches and scratches. These blotches are nothing but the damaged area of the corresponding image in the shape of eclipse and scratches are narrow line in shape. This can be clear by using ROD (Rank Order Difference) filter method. In this method we are going to rebuild the corrupted area of the image. These corrupted areas of an image will be corrected to get the original image.
