Purpose : Research and development which includes testing of raw materials of body/Glaze/color, body formulation/composition for existing and new products
The main reason for the job is : To co-ordinate with design development department for developing new approved designs on regular basis
Key Result Areas :
To work and follow-up closely with Glaze preparation dept. related to new developments and record the same.
Co-ordinates with Sales and Marketing for the development of new products, with Purchase for raw material procurement and with Production for pilot runs and problems relating to composition.
Ensures testing and trial run of new composition/products before finalizing commercial production.
Attends to and resolves technical problems on product formulation and manufacturing processes.
Keep records of all Technical data related to pilot trials and review modifications recommended in composition/formula.
