Skills :
Good knowledge of P&IDs, instrumentation, DCS and PLCs
Site experience for start-up is preferred.
Decent communication skills - verbal and written
Key Responsibilities :
Develop P&IDs for projects and proposals
Prepare instrument data sheets
Coordination with customers, engineering consultants and vendors
Develop Sequence of Operations and Cause & Effect Diagrams
Develop instrumentation bill of materials based on P&IDs
Procurement - technical evaluation of vendor offers, comparisons
Support start-up activities as part of project execution team
Making proposals to customers and engineering consultants
IT Proficiency :
CADWORKS P&ID

Good knowledge of fabrication and / or mechanical design and sizing.
Good knowledge of rotating equipments, pressure vessels and heat exchangers, valves and piping
Site experience for start-up and commissioning is preferred.
Decent communication skills : verbal and written
Key Responsibilities :
Calculation of pressure vessels using PV Elite.
Sizing of valves, piping etc.
Stress analyses of piping using CAESAR.
Preparation of mechanical data sheets for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps.
Preparation of quality plan for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps etc.
Coordination with customers, engineering consultants and vendors
Supervision of fabrication and packaging activities (either in-house or at vendor’s works)
Support start-up activities (erection and commissioning) as part of the project execution team.
Making proposals and presentations to customers.
IT Proficiency :
AutoCAD Preferred
PV Elite / CAESAR Highly preferred
ProE / CADWORX (3D Modeling) - Preferred
MS Office

Solar Powered Load Carrier :-
I have completed this project in BE for full fulfillment of degree.
- The project work described here is useful for transporting the material from one place to the other place between fixed reference points. This kind of load carriers can be used in big industries where huge raw material or finished products must be carried from dumping yards to the processing units. Since the system utilizes the solar energy, it is designed as outdoor load carrier : avaibility of solar energy must.

This is my Diploma project.
- In this project water is heated by using L.P. gas.
