Description :

Technical Editor :

Description :
Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in Technical Editing, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent grammatical skills, and an eye for detail.
The candidate must also have BA in English. Being tech savvy and having the knowledge of tools like FrameMaker and RoboHelp will be an added advantage.

Technical Illustrator :

Description :
Creative, flexible and self-motivated candidates with at least 2 years of experience in graphic designing and illustrations, and who are able to create illustrations for technical documents and infographics can apply.
Knowledge of designing tools such Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW is a must.
Familiarity with other tools like Microsoft Expression Graphic Designer, Xara Xtreme (Windows & Linux), CuteDraw, Publisher3D(for animation), Sketsa SVG Editor (for vector graphics), Techsmith Camtasia, Arbortext IsoDraw (technical illustrations for 2D and 3D) will be an added advantage.

Information Architect :

Description :
Self-motivated candidates with strong technical writing/content development background and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Silverlight, HTML, and other interactive UI technologies, ability to create user profiles and capture use cases/task flows can apply.
The candidates should be graduates from a recognized university, with visual design skills and expertise in UI Design, and should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Usability Expert :

Description :
Flexible, highly-motivated candidates who are able to communicate complex concepts, using the correct language, tone, and format based on the target audience, with ability to conduct usability analysis as well as organizing usability testing for new and existing features and coordinate work with our project coordinator, our designers as well as product developers and documentation team can apply.
The candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in user research, especially Web usability research and ideally should have a Degree/Masters in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering or equivalent.

User Interface Designer :

Description :
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience, with the ability to transform concepts into pleasing designs and solve usability problems.
The candidate should be able to analyze the potential users of the system through communications with developers, documentation team and the target audience, and test the usability of the prototypes on an actual user.
