We are looking for someone who can lead our technical team as well as interact with customers to deliver projects.
A degree in IT field (BE/BTech/MCA/MSc).
Not more than 5 years of overall IT experience.
Experience with Mysql/Postgres/Oracle databases.
Should be comfortable working on Linux platform.
Excellent conceptual, analytical, software design and programming skills.
Must be a team player with good communication skills.
An MBA will be a plus.

Python Software Engineer :
0-1 year experience in software development.
Experience with OpenERP is great.
Comfortable with Postgresql database.
Should be comfortable working on Linux (Ubuntu) platform.
Candidate from Pune will be prefer.

Web Designers :
Good conceptualization, visualization and creative skills.
Proficient in Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver.
Ability to work in team.
Good verbal and writing skills.

Software Engineers (Ruby on Rails) :
0-2 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
At least 2 years of programming experience in either Perl/PHP/Java/Ruby.
Experience with Mysql/Postgres/Oracle databases is a must.
Should be comfortable working on Linux platform.
Excellent conceptual, analytical, software design and programming skills.
Must be a team player with good communication skills.
Freshers with some basic programming experience and good academic background are also welcome to apply.
