Brief Job Profile:
Purpose: Research and development which includes testing of raw materials of body/Glaze/color, body formulation/composition for existing and new products

The main reason for the job is: To co-ordinate with design development department for developing new approved designs on regular basis
Key Result Areas:
• To work and follow-up closely with Glaze preparation dept. related to new developments and record the same.
• Co-ordinates with Sales and Marketing for the development of new products, with Purchase for raw material procurement and with Production for pilot runs and problems relating to composition.
• Ensures testing and trial run of new composition/products before finalizing commercial production.
• Attends to and resolves technical problems on product formulation and manufacturing processes.
• Keep records of all Technical data related to pilot trials and review modifications recommended in composition/formula.
