The Company is managing the construction for the ongoing Railway Rehabilitation Project in Cambodia and is looking for qualified candidate to work as Senior track design engineer – Northern Line

Location : Battambang, Battambang province. Mobility is prerequisite. The working site is performing at three separate construction fronts between Phnom Penh and the Thai border at poipet.

Job Descriptions :

- Track rehab typical design studies / drafting.
- Coordination / interface with survey activities for the establishment and collection of the data required for track design profil and alignment.
- Establishment of drawings, calculations and notes associated with the technical submissions for the Northern line stretch longitudinal profile, alignment and cross sections for 350 km.
- Calculations sheets and notes required for the establishment of monthly progress payment claims for pay items associated with track profile studies (m3 earthworks, ballast quantities etc)
- Proceed with the Engineer to the required inspections and surveys associated with the above activity.
- Report to the project manager and track work construction manager

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor degree (civil engineering),
- Experience in track work design, and preferably in rehabilitation projects.
- Experience in design track profile and alignment incl cant calculations etc...
- Good English communication skill,
- Able to work in countryside,
- Professionalism and dynamism is essential.
- Ability to understand, interprete and use survey data, reports,etc…
- Strong skills required in AutoCAD and Excel.
- Familiarity with other common softwares.
- Skills required to acquire training on specialist software.
- Survey skills are welcome

Starting date :
- Immediately

Salary :
- To be discussed, depending on experience
- Allowance paid locally 1000 U$ per month (prorate calendar day of presence in Cambodia)
