    1. Worked as M/S Indorama Synthetics India Ltd.Nagpur.As Power Plant Engineer for operation and Maintenance of D.G .Sets (Aug 1993 to Jan 1999) & waste heat recovery boilers.

    2. Worked as M/S Wartsila NSD Operation (i) Ltd .As Senior Engineer Captive Power Plant for maintenance of D.G Sets & waste heat recovery boilers. (Feb 1999 to Feb2001)
    3. Worked as M/S Presidency of civil Aviation ministry of defense
    Aviation Najran Airport K.S.A. (From March 2001 to June 2006)
    4. Worked M/S Suzlon Infrastructure Services Ltd. as
    Operation & Maintenance In charge Asst Manager (July 2006 to March 2010.

    5. Presently working in M/S Jaypee Cement Division as a Manager in Power Plant (March 2010 to till date).
    Capacity-3X10.89Mw Man B&W DG sets &33mw thermal power plant.

    Plant capacity 1.75MT per annual, Jaypee is the first ever integrated grinding & blending unit in India.
    One cement mill with roller press is installed with rated capacity of 225tph at Jaypee Bagheri unit HP.
    Asia’s largest blender, make WAM (Italy),350tph.
    Installed fly ash separator, make-LNVT with rated capacity 200tph in India

    Job Involvement
    1. Have carried out the 2000 Hrs. 4000 Hrs. & 8000 Hrs. and 1600hrs. routine maintenance
    16 V 46 engine, 12 V 32 engine & 18 V 32 engine (Wartsila) & 18v40/45 (Man B&W)
    2. Operation & Maintenance of :
    - Westfalia Separator HFO Centrifuge & Fuel oil separators from Alpha Laval of Model :

    FOPX 613 TFD 24-25 & FOPX 614, & OSB35-0136-066
    - Westfalia Separator & Lube Oil separators from Alpha Laval Of Model :
    LOPX 207 SGT 24-25

    - Cooling Towers, Pumps, Air compressor
    - Booster Units & Thermopad
    - Heat Exchangers from Alpha Laval Model LIFX-42

    Current Job Responsibilities
    Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of DG Set 3X10.89MW
    - Planning of maintenance schedules of all DG Set
    - Manpower Handling,
    - SAP Transaction
    - Errection & De-errection work by crane.
    - To maintain ISO standards
    - To implement management systems like 5S and kaizen

    Educational Qualification :
    - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First class from Government of Polytechnic Gulbarga passed in year 1993.
