Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for the following posts for Diversified Agriculture Support Project Phase:II. The positions will be filled up by taking suitable candidates on deputation from the Government/Semi Government Departments/Organizations only. Note :
1. Post & Number of Posts may be reduced or increased as per project requirement.
2. Name of “Post Applied For” must be clearly mentioned on the envelope. Another envelope indicating clearly the address for communication must be sent with the application form.
3. The posts advertised are completely temporary in nature and have been created for the period up to 29-02-2012. However, can be extended further as per rules.
4. The candidate if selected on deputation, will be given protection of his/her salary drawn in the parent department. Other allowances will be admissible to him/her as per the project rules.
5. Candidate selected on deputation drawing lower pay scale will have no claim for higher scale in the project.
6. Only eligible candidates will be called for interview. Decision of DASP regarding eligibility/ineligibility of the candidates will be final.
7. Applicants must send their application form in the prescribed format. Copies of educational qualification (self attested), experience certificate, Cast Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), NOC from present employer, 02 passport size photographs are required to be sent with application form.
8. Complete application form on prescribed format will be received at the Post Receipt Counter of UP Diversified Agriculture Support Project, B-1, B-2 Block, 4th Floor Picup Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow-226010 (U.P.). Upto 31-07-2011 till 17:00 hrs. by post. No application will be entertained after the aforesaid date and the project office will not be responsible for any application not received within the specified date and time for any reason whatsoever.

2) Costing :
Monthly Inventory valuation for Accounts, category wise inventory in No.of days for Purchase Department for Decision – Making.
Calculation of rates for all items of stores for Inventory Valuation.
Derived Consumption for Audit.
Quantitative Consumption of Raw Material / Imported Components for Audit Purpose.
Reconciliation of Purchases of Accounts Vs.Costing.
Valuation of Jobs Manufactured by Tool Room and MTD.
Transaction value of components for Tool Room and MTD made Jobs for Excise Clearance.
Preparation of Import Documentation for Custom Clearance, FBR preparation Familiar with Excise Terms.

3) Stores :
Preparation of MRN and Issue Note.
Maintaining Inventory level and doing ABC analysis
4) Monthly MIS Reports :
Stock Reports for Accounts.
Transport Report for Vehicle own by company
Quantitative Consumption report for Oils and Lubricants/Enviroment Polluting material for ISO 14000.
Computer Proficiency :
ERP System, Tally Package 4.5, 7.2. MS-Office
