Role :
The incumbent is responsible to continuously deliver world-class instruction for Dale Carnegie workshops at a quality level, that elates the customers and enhances their business results.
Responsibilities :
1. To deliver Dale Carnegie workshops to participants in corporate and public forums, meeting and exceeding client and participant needs.
2. To ensure repeat business from existing customers, through delivery excellence and customer relations.
3. To support the major focus areas of our business i.e. instruction, sales, and administration by developing, maintaining, and coordinating required activities
4. To interface with corporate clients, comprehend core-learning requirements and deliver structured training solutions.
5. To undergo a challenging trainer certification process upon satisfactory on the job performance of at least 6 months.
6. To continuously update knowledge of current corporate and business trends.
7. To have a high level of target orientation and the capability to personally drive and build a strong client base and customer satisfaction.
8. To coordinate with the administration department to ensure all training requirements are fulfilled ensuring quality delivery
Qualifications & Experience :
1. A graduate / post graduate (MBA preferred) with 10 years and above Business Development experience.
2. The incumbent must possess a passion for training and development and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Experience of handling high value corporate sales with a demonstrated business track record.
4. The incumbent must have high energy and enthusiasm levels and the willingness to travel extensively.

Industrial Visits
Singapore
1. Tiger Brewery : Tour program was to discover the art of brewing beer through a 45 – minute tour at the Brew House and Packaging Facility.
2. Newater : is the brand name given to reclaimed water produced by Singapore's Public Utilities Board. More specifically, it is treated wastewater (sewage) that has been purified using dual-membrane (via microfiltration and reverse osmosis) and ultraviolet technologies, in addition to conventional water treatment processes. The water is potable and is consumed by humans, but is mostly used for industry requiring high purity water. Visited to understand the process, idea and vision of the nation.
3. The Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) : scheme is an electronic toll collection scheme adopted in Singapore to manage traffic by road pricing, and as a usage-based taxation mechanism to complement the purchase-based Certificate of Entitlement system. The ERP was implemented by the Land Transport Authority in September 1998 to replace the Singapore Area Licensing Scheme after successfully stress-testing the system with vehicles running at high speed. Singapore was the first city in the world to implement an electronic road toll collection system for purposes of congestion pricing.
4. Tourism Industry : Regular visits of 10 days to tourism industry. The core concept of visits to understand the tourism industry and their revenue models. I had visited almost all the places of Singapore. Etc. ( MDIS, university, electronic market, marketing and selling practices etc.)
Mumbai and Navi Mumbai
1. Parle Industry : Visited to the Parle Industry at Ville Parle to understand mass production, line process, history operation and marketing part of industry.
2. Turbhe Industrial area : Visited to understand job-shop processes and use CNC machines for mass production.
3. Tourism industry in Mumbai : Almost all spots in Mumbai and its comparison with Singapore industry.
Nagpur and Vidharbha
1. MIHAN project : MIHAN - Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur is the biggest economical development project currently underway in India in terms of investment.
MIHAN is spread over an area of 4354 Hectares. MIHAN is an Ideal business hub, located in the geometrical centre of India and easily accessible to all the metro cities of India.
2. Adani power project, Tiroda: Adani Power’s 3,300-mega watt power plant at Tiroda in Maharashtra. Visited project was under construction.
3. Gondia Airport (Birshi Airport): is 15 km. from Gondia City. Gondia also has Birsi Airport constructed by british during second world war. There is a pilot training centre called Rajiv Gandhi National Flying Institute, which is a joint venture of Canada and airport authority of India at Birsi airport and it is going to be improved by Praful Patel as an International airport after a few years.
4. Bidi Industry in Gondiya district.
5. NTPC, Ramagundum (AP): NTPC (RSTPS - Ramagundam Super Thermal Power Station) sourcing 2600 MW of power 24/7 and the APSEB (Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board) unit at Ramagundam.
