JRF : (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with one year of research experience. NET/GATE qualified will be preferred.

Job Profile : Asymmetric Synthesis of Natural products

Civil Engineering
P(05-2) Seismic Vulnerability Assessment of Building Types in India
SPE : (2 Post) Eligibility : M.Tech in Structural Engineering plus experience in advanced seismic risk assessment techniques. Expertise in use of GIS tools is essential.
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.30700/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : To contribute to the development of building typology catalogue considering earthquake vulnerability. Developing survey forms and field trips to collect as-built information is required.

Electrical Engineering
P(05-3) Controller Design for ISRO Reusable Launch Vehicle
RA1 : (1 Post) Eligibility : BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with CPI above 8 is required. Candidates should be familiar with MATLAB, SIMULINK, d-SPACE and C/C++ programming languages
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : Developing a reconfigurable controller for ISRO Reusable launch vehicle.

Mechanical Engineering
P(05-4) Exploratory Studies on Magnetic Pulse Welding of Tubes.
JRF : (1 Post) Eligibility : First class in Undergraduate as well as Masters degree in Electrical Engg/Mechanical Engineering with demonstrable skills / experience in either of the following a. multiphysics simulations using softwares like COMSOL b. design and use of high voltage equipment
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.18000/- p.m.
Job Profile : Designing and fabricating coils for the existing electromagnetic forming machine, conducting experiments taking measurements with available instrumentation, analysing results and finally optimizing the process of electromagnetic joining of non-ferrous tubes.

The positions are temporary initially for a period of one year and tenable only for the duration of project. The selection committee may offer lower or higher designation and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and performance of the candidate in the interview.
