Co-ordinate with other departments
Qualification : BE / B.Tech - Civil Engg
Min 10 to 15 years’ experience Contracts management, tender management, cost control, client /claim & sub-contractor management.
Should be a positive and good team player, has to handle the project individually.
Proficient in English and posses good communication skills

Land Surveyor :
Location : Bangalore
Job Scope : Experience in Residential / Commercial / IT multi-storey buildings with Total Station, theodolite and auto level including experience in boundary service / topos.
Qualification : Diploma / ITI
Min. 2 to 4 years in handling total station / proficiency with Auto Cad.
Should be an optimistic , enthusiastic and good team player.

Rebar Schedular :
Location : Bangalore
Job Scope : Experience in preparation of Barbending Schedule as per structural drawings and control of wastage including Quality Control in Execution.
Qualification : Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering.
Min 2 to 5 year’s experience in Rebar scheduling / knowledge in Excel, AutoCAD and RCC detailing.
To be a Team Player with interpersonal skill

Civil Site Engineer :
Location : Bangalore
Job Scope : Carrying /Execution of survey, layout as per drawing/client & consultant. Preparing lab our program and schedule, Inspecting pour cards, raising requisition for construction material, prepare monthly and daily report .workout barb ending, surveying / shuttering geometry as per clients requirements.
Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Min 4 to 6 year’s experience in construction, architecture and site management.
He should have good communication skills; both verbal and written/Commendable.
Should handle and organize a huge labor force / documentation.
Freshers with BE (Civil) also can apply for Trainees.

Draughtsmen (Architect) :

Job Scope : Prepare Architectural/ Interior / Structural design and detail drawings
