Software Support Executive/ Trainee Implementors :
ACS is looking for Software Support Executive / Trainee Implementors to provide Software Support to our Customers on our CRM, HRIS, Financial, Sales and Payroll Application Products.
For Trainee Implementors position, freshers can also apply.
Location : New Delhi, Kolkata
The Applicants should have a minimum work experience of 1 year in Customer Support on Windows Based Software Applications.
Exposure to Visual Basic/ ASP/ ASP.Net/ Visual Foxpro/ languages
Exposure to MS-SQL Server database.
Exposure to NT Networks
Should be willing to work with defined standards for providing Support and reporting.
Should be a self starter, and willing to take initiative.
For Client Server applications, Job requires extensive traveling within India. The Applicant should be willing to travel.
Good written and verbal Communication Skills, good interpersonal skills excellent problem solving / Trouble Shooting skills, ability to understand technical documentation, and ability to work in teams are must.
Though the initial openings are in the mentioned cities, the Applicant must be willing to be relocated anywhere in India.
Key Job Responsibility :
Will be Responsible for providing Support to the customers / accounts assigned in the region where the executive is posted.

Development Trainee:
ACS is looking for Trainees in the field of ASP and VB/VFP.

The Applicants should have GOOD Academic Record.
Should have clear understanding of RDBMS concepts.
Exposure to MS-SQL Server database is desirable.
Should be a self starter, and willing to take initiative.
Good written and verbal Communication Skills is must.
Ability to understand and produce technical documentation.
Ability to work in teams are must. Applicant must be willing to work in Delhi and NCR region (Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad).
Key Job Responsibility:
Will be Responsible for successful completion of Tasks assigned
Will complete any responsibilities assigned in Software Development Life Cycle of Projects.
