Job Description
Should have hand on experience in all statutory compliance .
Should have knowlege of Labour Law / Company law /PF/ESI/PAYROLL etc.

Ensure regulatory and statutory compliances for all Company locations and manage project and administrative costs within allocated budgets.
Further, the jobholder will be the custodian of the format required to design and develop the business continuity plans to ensure sustenance of business at all times.
Main accountabilities:

à Ensure robust establishment of project management procedures and plans for setting up offices and infrastructure
à Ensure establishment of proper office maintenance and administration systems, including facilities maintenance, logistics, front office and communication systems
à Design and communicate administration policies and guidelines
à Ensure statutory and other compliance in all matters relating to office infrastructure, facilities and maintenance
à Develop cost effective methods/ solutions.

Qualifications & experience:
Management graduate with 8 - 10 years of experience

à Strong influencing skills and the ability to operate at management level
