1] General Manager
Requirements : Post graduate with 10 to 12 years in the field of construction/interior industry. Should have interacted with Architects, Builders and Corporate client.
Basic function : Involves leading a sales team across India and nonstop traveling.
Should have basic computing skills and the capability to make MIS report.

Position :
2] Sr.Brand Manager
Requirements : 4-5 years in advertising, a post graduate with specialization in advertising has scope for growth.

3] Jr.Brand Manager
Requirements : No experience, hardworking, somebody from the field of advertising.

Position :
1] Area Sales Manager (ASM)
You should ideally be a graduate, with healthy experience and a proven sales track record in Marketing. In the Interior Industry, you should have exceptionally good relations with Architects, Builders and Corporates. You will mentor middle management, inculcate team work and high work performance in your team. You will report to the General Manager. Other than the functional credentials, you should have exceptional leadership skills, high self motivation and an urge to work in a result oriented organization.

2] Manager Projects (MP)
You must be a graduate, with relevant experience in the Building Material industry. You should have excellent contacts with Architects, Builders, Corporates and the hospitality industry. Your responsibility involves procuring mega projects from your given area and reporting to the ASM.

Position :
3] Business Development Executives (BDE)
Young, smart, ambitious and aggressive graduate in any discipline, preferably with management background and an experience of 2-3 years, in the Building Material industry. Should have exceptionally good relations with Architects and Dealers.

Position :
4] Area Development Officers (ADO)
You must be a graduate, with minimum 2 years of experience. Capable of translating enquiries into sales and independently managing dealers, sub dealers and end users.
