Graduates/undergraduates can also apply with 1 or 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
Experience :
Should have worked with an International call centre for minimum of 3 months
Should be familiar with the functionality of an outbound call center and outbound campaigns.
Should posses good telephone etiquettes.
Good oral and written English.
Must posses good customer convincing skills
Technical Skills :
Should be exposed to Internet
