1) Design Engineer – 11 Positions (Permanent)
Design & Develops engineering for electro mechanical actuated seating and cabinetry interiors, Oxygen Systems & Beverage Units of Super First Class, Business Class and Economy class products for commercial aircrafts, & VVIP Business Jets.

Education & Experience Required:
· Graduate/ Post graduate Engineers from Mechanical/Aerospace stream only with atleast 2 to 5 years of engineering design experience.
· Good Engineering and Design Fundamentals.
· Expertise in any 3D CAD application-modeling, drafting, Assemblies, Sheet metal (Unigraphics Preferred).
· Willing to work on Unigraphics and TCE.

2) Contract Design Engineer – 8 Positions (Contract)
The JD would be same as Design Engineer.
Education & Experience Required:
· Graduate/ Post graduate Engineers from Mechanical/Aerospace stream only with atleast 1 years of engineering design experience.
· Good Engineering and Design Fundamentals.
· Expertise in any 3D CAD application-modeling, drafting, Assemblies, Sheet metal (Unigraphics Preferred).

3) Certification Engineers- 3 Positions
Prepares Static, Dynamic and Flammability Test plans and Reports for Aircraft seating and cabinetry components for commercial aviation and Business Jets as per FAA, EASA, and other international aviation regulatory compliance.

Education & Experience Required:
· Graduate/ Post graduate Engineers from Mechanical/Aerospace stream only with at least 1 year of any engineering experience.
· Ability to understand Load Path criteria and capable of doing simple hand calculations of static structure
· Expertise in Structural (non - FEA) Analysis including Beam Analysis and sound knowledge of Materials and Assemblies.
· Knowledge on Federal Aviation Regulatory is an added advantage.

4)Methods Engineer (Quality)- 1 Position
Responsible to handle the First article documents as per AS9102 Standard. Report Quality issues and process non-compliance and propose solution. To take Corrective & Preventive actions for major defects & recommending actions for the same using appropriate quality tools.

Education & Experience Required:
· Graduate/Diploma Engineers from Mechanical stream only with 2- 5 years experience in Quality.
· Experience in reviewing AS9102 First Article documents.
· Should be familiar with FMEA and preparation of control plans.

In my project the expulsion of unwanted gases such as carbon di oxide and carbon monoxide from automobiles is being measured and notified to both the customer and also to the board of pollution. The relevance of using this method is evaluated through GSM technology and such the pollution awareness is created and minimized.
