Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)

Problem-solving (innovation skills and creativity are desired)
Should be familiar with effective objection handling
At least 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include some customer-facing job as well as marketing exposure
Attending to all customer calls and offering assistance
Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region
Maintaining various reports related to Sales
Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected
In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to Head Office
Coordinating with various functional heads
Calling up members and explaining the benefits of EOT Infotech's product and services
Updating relevant remarks for the same and maintaining daily records and forwarding to Head Office as and when required
