Technical Support Representative - TSR01 :
Freshers or Experienced
The candidate should be a graduate (BSc, BA, BCom , MA , MSc, MCom, Diploma Holders) with technical Knowledge of Windows NT / 95 / 98 / 2000, TCP/IP (Networking), Exchange Client, Outlook Client, MS Office & Internet Explorer. The candidate should have excellent command over English - fluency in spoken English and good written English, customer service skills and high energy levels. The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries on network related problems, provide telephone/email based troubleshooting assistance and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.
Sales Representative - SR02 :
Freshers or Experienced
Candidate should posses’ good selling skills and convincing skills. Any graduate having good command over English Language. Need to be able to handle international customers. Candidates having prior experience in international call centre have advantage.
Customer Support Representative - CSR03 :
Freshers or Experienced
Any graduate having good command over English Language. Need to be able to handle international customers. Candidates having prior experience in international call centre have advantage.
Center Collection Executive - CCE04 :
Freshers or Experienced

Process Associate - PA05 :

Candidates having minimum 6 months of experience in ITeS recruiting. Should source candidates from job portals or through contacts. Screen the candidates and schedule them for interviews with top MNCs. Should have good command over English language. Must posses good interviewing skills.
