Primary Responsibilities :
1. To ensure achieving of company's marketing goals & expansion of business.
2. To help the management in executing both short and long term marketing plans and to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the company.
3. Research and analyze all the related factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
4. Handling all the customer complaints and attending to them immediately and ensure to coordinate with the concerned to reduce the complaints.
5. Responsible for distribution of monthly bills and collection of same.
6. Responsible for collecting long outstanding as well the current.
7. Imparting training to HCE's on awareness/ segregation and should maintain the record of trainings.
8. Preparing marketing activity reports (Monthly, Weekly)
9. Liaising with government bodies when ever required.
