Job Description
This individual will lead a team of software and quality professionals and be responsible for the timely, high-quality and cost-effective delivery of enterprise level application products with special emphasis on the localization, Internationalization and Globalization that meets or exceeds the customer requirements.

Responsibilities
-- Develop deep understanding of the product functionality and roadmap and drive the proactive quality infrastructure for localization of the product.
-- Work closely with product management, customers, engineering teams to define, architect, develop, deliver and continuously evolve the test infrastructure for localized enterprise class data management, content management, search and discovery, messaging applications
-- Provide effective risk assessment and subjective and objective quality metrics along with comprehensive test coverage results analysis for product quality assessment from release readiness perspective on a continuous basis in a rapid release environment
-- Ensure effective coverage of all aspects of quality, including, but not limited to, robustness, correctness, usability, consistency & compliance
-- Ensure effective use of defect and feature request tracking system across the entire cross-functional organization
-- Maintain efficient and effective communication and collaboration between global SQA and development teams to manage dependencies and deliverables between various groups and to ensure end to end integration and quality of product features
-- Manage the problem resolution triages on a daily basis
Professional Background - Required
-- Experience delivering localized enterprise level products
-- Experience in collaborating with international partners to effectively deliver localized products
-- Experience delivering enterprise class solutions in one or more of the following areas -- enterprise messaging, workflow and collaboration, document management, enterprise content management, or enterprise data management
-- Experience managing a team of software developers and quality assurance engineers
-- Multilingual in one or more foreign languages
-- Background of working with aggressive company
-- Experience with delivering quality in high throughput and high capacity and extremely scalable data and metadata management systems managing many terabytes of data
-- Experience with Microsoft enterprise platforms and applications and experience with Microsoft development environment

Project :
Project title : Mobile Operated Land Rover
Brief description :
In this project the robot is controlled by a mobile phone which makes a call to the mobile phone attached to the robot. In the course of a call if any button is pressed a tone corresponding to the button pressed is heard at the other end of the call. This tone is called DTMF tone. The robot perceives this DTMF tone with the help of a phone stacked in the robot. The processing of the received tone is done by Atmega 16 microcontroller with the help of DTMF decoder, HT9170. The decoder decodes the DTMF tone in to its equivalent binary digit and this binary number is sent to the microcontroller. The microcontroller is preprogrammed to take a decision for any given input. The microcontroller outputs its decision to motor drivers to drive the motors in order to have forward or backward motion or a turn. Any mobile which makes a call to the mobile phone stacked in the robot will act as remote. So, this is a simple robotic project which even does not require the construction of receiver and transmitter kits, but has an innovated application of cell phone and robust control.
