ENGINEERS- (HRD -DE) :
The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder in Civil with minimum 55% marks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in estimation and design of earthwork, structures for canals new or modernization works.
Ex-Pwd Engineers (EE/DE/JE) from Irrigation & CAD or Irrigation with experience in designing and administration of work will be given due preference.

ENGINEERS- (HRD -E) :
The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma holder in Electronics / Telecommunication / Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics with minimum 55% marks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance and servicing of electronic equipments.
Ex-Indian Navy personnel (Radio Artificers / CPO / POELR) with experience in handling survey equipment will be given due preference.

SURVEYORS - (HRD-S) :
The Candidate should have Diploma / Degree in civil engineering / ITI qualified in Land Survey.
Persons with minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in field survey required.
Ex-Indian Navy Survey Recorders will be given due preference

CAD OPERATORS - (HRD-P) :
The Candidate should be a minimum HSE/XII board passed
Minimum 2-3 years working experience in AutoCAD/ AutoCAD Map.
Experience in drawing survey charts will be an advantage.

For all the categories mentioned above good communication skill and willingness to travel is mandatory. Offshore experience will be an added advantage.
