Required Primary Skills :
Middle management position for the candidate in this role shall be responsible for ATIPL office as development center Incharge as Program Manager mainly responsible for business augmentation with existing clientele base and identify the future opportunities across IT MNC's /Global Development Centers/ Well establisher IT service providers/ Corporate industries.
Manage a tem of 5-10 recruiters and team of IT developers. Maintain the seamless relationship with top management of MNC's and GDC with well oiled network. Leveraging towards the business deal closure mainly focusing IT consultancy solutions and outsourcing ADM (Application Maintenance and Development) Contract/deals/Work Orders / Purchase Orders.
The person should be able to handle and supervise all the activities regarding IT consulting, Understanding of latest IT skills prevalent in the market along with current industry package with respect to work experience, Collection process of Job Orders, Recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent staffing, Salary negotiation and ensuring of joining of the candidate on time. Positioning the right candidate against JO, Maintaining all relevant records and collection of payment as per the contract terms and condition. Understanding the clients business needs fully and works towards the satisfaction from services.
Required Secondary Skills :
Ability to prepare the business plan and work according to the pre defined targets of the business plan.
The job involves gathering IT requirements from the clients and allotting them to recruiters and fulfill them within the given time span.
The person must have well developed network with MNC's and GDC of IT companies in around Chennai and across Pan India. Ability to interact with top management with presentation skills.
The candidate should be presentable and has pleasing personality to interact with Top management.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. Team-Orientation and Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Must have a good experience over IT business knowledge with IT application (Solutions) selling.
The candidate having pleasing personality ability to interact with Top management and convince for value for IT project developed by IT Company like us and compete with other.
Should be willing to commute and should be a team player.
Can help in business development as well as account management in IT consulting.
Can handle a team of IT recruiters and Junior and Senior developers.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities to prepare business profitability case.
Team-Orientation and Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Java Developer :
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Any Tech Degree
Experience : 3+ Years.
Required Skills :
Should have Hands on experience over Java, J2EE technologies.
3+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE technology.
Well versed with the concepts of EJB’s.
Hands on experience with ejb2.0 or above.
Good knowledge of JBoss.
Good knowledge of JSF,LDAP.
Good team player.
Should be Individual contributor.
Has the ability to work on, prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
Works with little or no supervision.
Responsible for the development, implementation of designated task.

Puzzle based defense strategy against flooding attack using game theory
Description

In recent years, a number of puzzle-based defense mechanisms have been proposed against flooding denial-of-service (DoS) attacks in networks. These mechanisms have not been designed through formal approaches and thereby some important design issues such as effectiveness and optimality have remained unresolved. This paper utilizes game theory to propose a series of optimal puzzle-based strategies for handling increasingly sophisticated flooding attack scenarios.
