Job Description
This position is responsible for automating test cases of Desktop/PDA applications using Test Complete/QTP & In-House Automation Tool. These applications are developed using SQL Server / .NET/Java and related technologies and this position helps drive the quality assurance program for stakeholders, customers and partners to deliver high quality products as part of the software development lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile
-- Active participation in testing cycle of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design review, development, delivery, support & maintenance).
-- Working closely with QA team who creates test cases for applications & automate it for Smoke/Regression/Integration Testing.
-- Develop automation test scripts for functional, integration and end-end scenario test cases to validate business, system and operational requirements.
-- Doing test case analysis, design, review development of test plans and repeatable testing procedures for moderate to high risk/complex applications
-- Contribute to design reviews, and code reviews activities.
-- Executing automates test cases for multiple applications and publishing results to all stakeholders.
-- Developing In-House Testing Tools which enhance efficiency & effectiveness of available resources
-- Make sure automation testing is on schedule and identifies/works with supervisor/Manager to fix test issues that are delaying implementation.
-- Overall responsibility for building and maintaining Automation TEST environment on various machines.
-- Work closely with different functional groups to resolve issues, ensure thorough testing from a business perspective, understand support issues, release high quality products to production etc.
-- Logging Quality Bugs in Bug database management support

A Near Optimal Algorithm Attacking Topology Mismatch Problem in Unstructured Peer-to-Peer Networks
This project identifies the topology mismatching in the unstructured peer-to-peer network. It will focus on the minimization of broadcast delay, identification of node failure problems, analyzes the network traffic. In unstructured peer-to-peer network, peers will choose their neighbours randomly, so this random fashion leads to topology mismatch problem. This can be reduced by using the Novel Topology Matching Algorithm. The main objective of the project is identification of node failure, choosing best alternative path, performance guarantee and it is highly secured.
