Export company looking for Exports Executive in Delhi. Candidate must be Graduate with good communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Freshers are welcome.
COMPANY PROFILE :
We are a growing organization and have been exporting our products to Europe , Africa , South East Asia and North American markets . Our products are Medical and Surgical products., We have more than a dozen buyers and are looking for a Exports Executive , who can give our company a long term service.
MAIN OBJETIVE OF THE POSITION :
- To carry out business communication with overseas buyers, and procure orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES :
- Professional communication through email and phone with overseas buyers and handling orders and sampling / product developments.
- Follow up of purchase orders with the domestic suppliers.
- Work with the Quality check personnel in the office to make sure the quality standards are met.
- Ensure timely dispatch on all orders.
- Coordination with suppliers about orders during production and after production.
- Follow up and be proactive on corrective and preventive actions with orders / suppliers.
PERSONAL ABILITIES :
- Energetic and hard working attitude
- Decision Making
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Communication Skills (fluency and correct grammar) in English.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Outlook), Good Typing Skills.
