PROJECT DETAILS
Our team had done “Implementation Of Unmanned Level Crossing And Anti-Collision System For Railways” as Final year project.
Project Description :
RFID tags are kept at the track, which contains their unique id that denotes the direction of the train along the track.when RFID reader reads the tag, it gives the information to the station unit consists of PC section. If the system found that both train are approaching in close direction, then it will trigger an alarm and if still that condition persist, then the relay driver controls the motor speed that would help to control the speed of the train automatically. Reed switch is used for opening and closing of gate. With the help of the IR sensor obstacle can be detected. If there is any presence of obstacle along the path then the buzzer section make an alarm and transfer a message to the train display by RF transmitter. If There is no obstacles along the path then IR sensor pass a message to the gate controller to close the gate and pass a message to the train after the gate getting closed.
