2. Microsoft certified System Administrator (Windows server 2003 environment).
3. Diploma in software technology. (MS Office, fox-pro etc.)

Work Experience :
1-I worked as senior service Engineer with M/s, Avery India Ltd. For 23 years (I have done at least 80 installations of different type of weighbridges. I have a long Experience of customer service and customer care. I have taken voluntary retirement from Avery India in Dec. 2001
2- I have worked with Grip India (Jan 2002 – Aug 2006) as area service engineer in India, this company deals in computerized weighing machines. My work is to manage all kind of business activities like sales and repair, organizing all government verification and certification from weight and measure department.
