(I) “Error Evaluation of free form surfaces produced by rapid prototyping process
Summary :-
1. In this project first the drawing of the required freeform surface is produced. The component is produced by Rapid Prototyping. The component is measured for the cloud point data on Coordinate Measuring Machine. The drawing produced from this data is overlapped with the initial CAD drawing. By this method the error is found.
2. By the help of standard deviation the error is found. By adding the standard deviation the component is produced again and the error is found again. By overlapping the initial CAD drawing and the drawing produced by the component the error is found
