Design of hobbing fixture for gear wheel for ELECON’s on going project (BMCE). This is completely cell base manufacturing project .project target is to manufacture 1000 gear box. Per month. For that fixture design in such a way that cycle time of job is min. & tooth profile is achieve with req. class of accuracy.
Role :
-Design quick change type hobbing fixture for BMCE project cell-E & H (up to wheel o.d 700 mm).
Responsibilities :
- Preparing 3d-models in software unigraphics NX-7.5 of all fixture parts collets, collet mandrels, clamping base, face clamping disc & fixture base. On calculation base.
- Creating sub-assemblies and assemblies.
- Generating 2D Drawing in unigraphics NX-7.5.
- Assisting to seniors for design support
Also design fixture for large size gear box. For boring & facing.

COLLEGE PROJECT :
Title : Modeling and mechanism of pillar drilling machine.
Software : pro/e wildfire-3
Description : Took dimensions of each component of “pillar drilling machine” and made each part in pro-e and assemble them and also do animation and mechanism.
