Location: Delhi/NCR

Job Description
Customer Support Engineer needs to perform these duties:
* Installation & maintaining of HP PCs and attending day-to-day user's problem calls.
* Designing, implementation and maintenance of Windows based Network, inclusive of all Networking Hardware & Software support.
* Installation and updating of operating system and other software.
* Configuring & maintaining e-mail accounts.
* Exposure to Domain, L2/L3 Switches and Routers would be an added advantage.
Designing, implementing and troubleshooting of LAN.
Configuration and troubleshooting of MS outlook.
Experience in scheduling backup ( Veritas backup utility )
Configuring the network ports and maintaining the network resources

Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must be a Graduate/3 yrs Diploma in Engineering. MCSE/CCNA certification will be an added advantage. The candidates should have hands on experience of Windows platform. Hardware troubleshooting experience is essential.The candidate should have good communication and customer handling skills. Candidates near Noida region would be preffered. Willing to work in shifts.
