1. Sr. Software Engineers :
Experience : 4 to 7 years of Exp
Technologies : PHP or .Net or Java
Sub Technologies : One of the sub technology like joomla, druppal, Open CMS, Typo3, OS commerce
Operating Environment : Linux & Windows both hands-on experience
RDBMS : MySQL 4.1 and above , preferred 5X
Other Skills :

Experience : 1 -3 Years

Must know :A strong portfolio displaying user-centered design, Ability to Hand Code with HTML/XHTML,DIV and CSS, Strong knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator,Swish Max,JavaScript and Flash (Action Script).
