SEM PROFESSIONAL :
Desired Profile :
Should have experience with analysis of marketing campaign results including recommendations for strategic and/or tactical changes.
Incumbent to possess a solid proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word for creation of in-depth analysis, client-ready reports and presentations.
Monitor & track the results of the SEO campaign through web analytics and conversion tracking

Primary Responsibilities :
SEM Campaign Management
Optimizing, Review & Reporting of Campaign on periodic and continuous basis
Client consulting meetings, Client Interactions and Client Documentation
Educates clients on Best Practices and overall education of SEM
Result orientation and organized work approach.
Work Reporting as? per Organizational Guidelines
Occasional off site client meetings
Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.

SEO PROFESSIONAL :
Thorough understanding and work experience with the following is required :
Keen technical skills with HTML, CSS and other web programming languages.
Strong knowledge of search engines, web research methods and RSS.
Understanding of standard web design techniques and technologies.
Ability to make procedural and administrative decisions and judgments.
Ability to distill and present complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares client-ready reports.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in meeting clients and presenting strategy and concepts for discussion.
Ability to work quickly and methodically in an ever changing industry.
Upbeat, team oriented attitude.
Willing to learn and adapt to a new environment.
Ability to work well under pressure and often-tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and ability to create client-ready documentation.
Primary Responsibilities :
Creation of optimization strategy document and reports
Running 3 and 6 month reviews of existing already completed campaigns
QA of deliverables generated by SEO engineering team members
Presents all deliverables sent to clients
Educates clients on Best Practices and overall education of SEO
Client consulting meetings

PHP DESIGNER :
Web designers are responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website. Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, the work involves :
Liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage and finding the answers to questions about why the site is needed, who the target audience will be, who the leading competitors are, etc
Producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required
Must be an expert with custom PHP development, PHP code editing and integration with web design and Deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web.
Must be an expert to integrate the third party application into web design (e.g. discussion board, chat software, PayPal API and so on like this )
Must have knowledge about Ajax and JavaScript.
Must be good to understand the requirement.
Willing to take leadership
Ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities by testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions and fixing errors.
Web designers will have knowledge of graphic design packages such as Fireworks /Photoshop in order to produce basic layout and manipulate images.
Designing a draft site for client approval or modification.
Develop and maintain the company’s intranet that will provide an accurate and immediate source of information to all employees.
To upload the website's on to the Internet.
Web designers with skills in multimedia and interactivity are likely to be preferred.
In depth knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques.
A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
