Team Leader / Project Leader - Java / J2EE :
The ideal candidate should have
B.Tech /B.E / MCA First class or First Class Degree with Diploma in Computer applications
Overall 5 - 8 years software development experience
3 years of strong J2EE specifically in developing EJBs
2-3 years of strong experience in JSP, Tomcat and Struts
3-4 years experience in relational database Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL
1-2 years of experience in XML
2-3 years software design experience using UML
Must have developed Session and Entity beans
Must have lead team of size of at least 6-8 and good project management skills
Knowledge of ISO / CMMI standards and processes is desirable.

Senior Software Engineers / Software Engineers - Java / J2EE :
The ideal candidate should have
B.Tech /B.E / MCA First class First Class Degree with Diploma in Computer applications
2- 6 years of Java / J2EE / Oracle development experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of J2EE / EJB / JSP / Servlets / Struts/ JBoss /Tomcat experience
Experience in Weblogic / Websphere, XML and CSS is a plus
Experience in developing large web based distributed systems is a plus
Knowledge of ISO / CMMI standards and process is a plus

Trainee Engineers / Trainee Programmers - Java / J2EE :
The ideal candidate should have
B.Tech /B.E / MCA First class (Fresher) or First Class Degree with Diploma in Computer applications
0- 2 years of Java / J2EE / Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL development experience
Basic knowledge of Core Java, JSP, Servlets, RDBMS
Good concept and knowledge of the SDLC

Atleast 4 years of proven development experience in Visual Basic, ASP, ASP.net, VB.net, C#, Oracle, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports
Good Database knowledge and design skills
Strong SQL Server Skills with the ability to write complex store procedures, triggers and optimal queries
Good exposure in all the phases of SDLC
Must have lead team of size of at least 6-8 and good project management skills
