Position Summary :
You will be responsible for scoping, defining and executing networking protocol features for CPE devices and multiservices gateways. In this role the individual will be hands-on technically and work closely with customers and sales, understand the product feature requirements, define a project plan, scope efforts and cost estimates. Also, will be leading a team of engineers who will develop and test the features. The individual will be the managing the project and ensuring that the customer requirements are met.
Requirements :
Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering or related field.
10-12 years of experience of relevant experience.
Experience in working with data networking protocols, layer 2, and layer3 and security protocols.
Experience developing features and protocols in Routing, VPN, Firewall and/or NAT
Detailed working knowledge of data networking protocols is a must

Must be hands-on technically and be able to mentor and guide a team of engineers by example.
Experience developing protocol software for CPE devices, such as SME gateways, xDSL modems, multi-services gateways, metro ethernet, home gateway, home and enterprise networking products is a plus
Experience with VOIP protocols is a plus
