Customer Care Representative :
Experience : Minimum 6 months in the industry
Academic Qualification required : Minimum HSC
Skills : Analytical skills, Communication skills, Convincing ability, Customer Focus
Roles & Responsibilities :
To ensure and meet all operations and quality norms set at the call centre.
To master and execute the Taxi dispatch system effectively.
Interface between the customer and company.

Service Engineer (Technical) :
Experience : 2-5 yrs (Experience of Vehicle Inspector / Shop Supervisor/Service Advisor /Technician/ Final Tester/ Customer Care in Car Dealer Workshops).
Academic Qualification required : Min. XII Pass /ITI -NCTVT/Dip-Automobile /Mech Engineer.
Skills : Good driving skills, Well Versed with workshop processes & systems, sound knowledge of Multi Model Vehicles & diagnostic skills.
Specific Technical Qualification/Certification : Should have sound knowledge of Mechanical Repair /Accidental Repair/CNG Vehicles.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Duties related to Drivers - Attending to Driver complaints & Grievances entered in DPS, Issuing of Job cards/Log Book to them & coordinating with them for various duties related to Servicing. Maintenance of Vehicles, etc.
Duties related to Vehicle -Getting Vehicles (New & Repaired & Repossessed) ready for Handover, Preparing Service Schedules, conduct Check Camps, Track condition of Vehicles before dispatch, Inspection, preparing Job cards & send it to workshops for service & accident repairs, Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles, fitment of Accessories , Visiting Dealers for taking status of cars & Deliveries etc.
Maintaining Logs -Vehicle Complaints /Fuel/Vehicle Readiness/ PUC Validity Details/ Battery Report/KMs/ Damaged & Missing Vehicles Report/ Deployment Tracker, Recordkeeping of Registration docs pertaining to the vehicles
Inspection , Repair ,Maintenance ,Servicing , Accessory Fitment , Allotment of vehicles
