Qualifications : Diploma in Mechatronics with 0-2 years of experience
Job Responsibilities :
Commissioning & servicing of extruders at site. Proactively involve in inspection of the extruders during first year of commissioning.
Prepare list of frequent at site to improve quality of our extruders.
Generate weekly report that mentions about important activity done during the week and problems faced at site.
Internal inspection of the extruders with proper checklist and drawing before dispatch.
Involve in customer witness trials.
Follow up on customer complaints with respect to electrical related issues and report to senior engineer for further plan of action.
Expectations :
Good communication skill.
Candidates should be flexible to travel.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT
“Design and fabrication of template tracing and cutting machine”
- In our project I did the designing and drawing of the parts using the software called NX-6.
NX-6 3D modeling software used for designing of the machine components.
- Objective of our project is to increase the mass production of the gas cutting machine by the usage of multiple torch holders in the machine. This machine is capable of cutting more number of identical shapes at a time based on number of welding torch used.
- With the help of engineering drawing available a detailed solid model is created using a software called NX-6. NX-6 is the software developed by Siemens for drawing and assembly of machine components. The 3D machine parts is then assembled with the same software.
- Static analysis has been carried out using ANSYS for finding out stress distribution in the machine
- The team completely fabricated the machine with the help of a fabricater. Later the working model was submitted to the college
