    HR Analyst (0-1 yrs.) :
    Job Description :
    This position requires a Techno-Functional Analyst with HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment experience, who will be part of the HR Solutions Business Analysis Team, providing functional analysis and benchmarking of various HR products.
    Analyse and troubleshoot problems to find optimum solutions in the areas of HR functions.
    Recommend HR solutions to Development team and/or Clients.
    Work in a team environment with the Functional and Technical team members to define the technical and design specifications.
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    MBA with specifications in HR
    At least one year experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Onboard Management, Compensation Management, Talent Management, Performance Management)

    Software Engineer (1-4 yrs.) :
    Job Description :
    Expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL
    Thorough understanding of .net frameworks
    Experience in coding and analyzing application software.
    Work on design, develop & Enhance software application.
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    Candidate should be B Tech or MCA from a reputed institute.
    Good communication skills, Project relevant to ASP.net
    Good experience in SQL Server 2005/2008
    Solid problem solving, analytical and programming skills

    Junior Programmer (Trainee) (0-1 yrs.) :
    Job Description :
    Application programming on successful completion of training.
    Desired Candidate Profile :
    Candidate should be B Tech or MCA from a reputed institute.
    Clear understanding of OOPs.
    Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
    Ability to learn and work under pressure.
