Job Vacant : Piping Stress Engineer/Pipe Design Engineer
Location : Bangalore
Job Description/Responsibilities :
Ability to conceptualize plant layout and develop E.L and Plot Plan.
Development of piping general arrangement drawings. Preparation of isometrics. Preparation of material specifications Development of support design.
Knowledge of codes (API, ASME etc.)
Review of vendor drawings and documents.
Knowledge of safety engineering.Checking and reviewing of piping layouts and inter discipline layouts. Piping stress calculation for process piping/ calculation for utility piping. Generate stress isometrics incl. loads and moments/ stress reports. Pipe support systems for anchors, guides, spring hangers/ secondary steel supports. Check and review pipe routing. Review and check equipment nozzle forces.
Desired Qualification & Profile:
-First Class BE/B-Tech Mechanical / Civil /Structures / Production
-Good conceptual knowhow towards thermodynamics,Strength of Materials,Fluid Dynamics.
-Ability to learn and apply, Innovative & Initiator.
-Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Work Experience : 0 to 1 year.
Salary Range : CTC after probation : 1.4 - 1.6 Lakhs per Annum.

On Job Training & Probation Details:
The training will also groom a new recruit for the design industry in specific so as to build a strong and successful career with us. Training fees of Rs 60,000 have to be borne by the candidates in advance upon selection and joining. Candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 5000 per month during first two months of the training.
After training the candidates will be under probation for a period of 4 months and will be paid consolidated salary of Rs 7500/- per month depending upon performance. Projects linked incentives may also be initiated for deserving candidates during this phase. Subsequently the candidate will be taken in the regular payroll of the company with an approximate CTC of 1.3 lakh -1.8 lakh.
