Position:
Project Manager – Steel Fabrication Division

Qualifications:
· 15+ years of experience in a heavy duty fabrication; pressure vessels; steel structure and pip fabrication.
· Experience in oil and gas fabrication
· Experience in ASME U, R and S Stamps
· Mechanical Engineering Degree

Job Objectives:
The suitable candidate will be required to manage projects and resources within budget, time schedules, statutory requirements and Company’s procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction and other basic functions include:

1. To prepare the Work shop Fabrication execution plan for management review and approval and to achieve project objectives on budget and timely basis.
2. To manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
3. To review all the tenders and technical documentation, pricing for upcoming projects as required and finalise the tenders and pricing.
4. To identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned to project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the fabrication activities.
5. To lead the Work Shop fabrication team to ensure customer satisfaction & expectations are met.
6. To identify the scope, additional works and technical revisions not covered in the contract, to enhance the project deliverables, customer satisfaction and improve company’s revenue.
7. To liaise with the HSE and / or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and or quality manuals to ensure Company’s Health, Safety & Environment standards are met.
8. Any related work assigned by the management.
