    Job Description 1.Plan & monitor QE manpower as per required skill level.
    2.Ensure Uninterrupted running of lines by quick solving of day to day quality problems.
    3.Analyse quality losses and plan to reduce.
    4.Prepare Inspection standards,QCPC and Check sheets in line with Drawings and Process standards.
    5.Ensure compliance of all daily quality checks.
    6.Ensure initial production control (N=1000 monitoring) as per special control plan.
    7.Ensure dispatch of only OK parts as per quality standards.
    8.Monitor return from next process and execute corrective actions.
    9.Feedback of previous days results through Morning meeting.
    10.Proactive counter measure and ensure very clear standard to avoid scrap and repair.
    11.Identify,priortise,analyse and counter measure/improvement for NG processes.
