Designation Customer Support Specialist

Job Description Manage all aspects of customer-facing support for company’s technology products. Manage inbound / outbound support communications via email, phone and chat for International clients based in the U.S., Canada, Australia and U.K. The position requires excellent communication skills, sharp problem solving abilities and strong background in ecommerce.

Desired Profile
