Specialist, Scaled Content Partner Operations

Location : Gurgaon, India

Position Summary :

Responsibilities :
Deliver new data eg: geo-coded transit stations in a timely manner to the highest possible quality standard
Cultivate strong relationships with clients/partners’ senior executives through e-mails and other communication channels
Help design processes for QA of entered data
Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
Develop and implement best practices for client/partner interaction, sales and services for the various products and leading the team in becoming our clients/partners’ trusted coordinator
Work closely with the vertical team and clients to deliver solutions that solve our clients/partners’ business challenges

Requirement :
BSc/BTech degree strongly preferred. MBA an additional quality
Knowledge of XML, HTML and other web formats
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a big must
Creative problem-solving, analytical ability and pro activeness
Attention to detail, strong comprehension skills with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
Strong consultative selling experience and sales/partner management experience preferred

Note : Candidates with knowledge in Unix would be preferred
