Programming Abilities :
.NET Framework :
Candidates having good understating of .NET framework 2.0/3.5/4.0 with programming expertise in C#. VB.net will be an added advantage.
Web designing :
Sound knowledge of HTML and CSS. JavaScript with jQuery, CSS 3 and HTML 5 would be an added advantage.
RIA Development :
Knowledge of Flex 3 and 4 with Action Script 3.0 or Silver light with C#.

Other Abilities :
Designing Skills :
Usage of Photoshop, Illustrator or Flash to create UI for Web Applications or Desktop Applications.
Logical and analytical Skills :
Candidate should have strong Logical and Analytical skills as the will be facing lots of challenges everyday.
Learning ability :
The candidate should have a good learning ability to learn new technologies, new frameworks, new platforms, or even new programming languages.
