** 5+ Years of experience of sales and marketing, preferably in the Travel/Hospitality industry.
** Graduate in any discipline + MBA
** Excellent understanding of sales process, including corporate / group selling
** Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements
** Ability to create presentations, conduct demos and put together proposals
** Should have clear understanding about creating a pipeline and forecasting revenue by month
** Development and management of campaigns or promotions experience is desired
** Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Person should be willing to travel across India and abroad.
** An extended network of contacts is an asset.

Sales/Marketing Senior Executive :
** 3+ Years experience in marketing, promotion or business development
** A Graduate Degree in any discipline.
** A person should posses strong sales abilities and Research & Analytical skills
** Strong verbal and written communications skills
** Preference will be given to experience in travel industry.

Sales/Marketing Junior Executive :
** 1+ Year experience in Sales & Marketing
** A Graduate Degree in any discipline
** Experience in travel industry will be preferred.
** Strong verbal and written communications skills

vXplor Trainee :
** A Graduate Degree in any discipline
** Strong written and verbal communication skills
** Customer service & Interpersonal skills
** Provide travel information and itineraries to clients
** Counsel clients on terms and conditions of travel, e.g. cancellation policies
** Sell tickets/tours and make reservations
** Promote destinations, tour packages and other services
** Provide travel tips on currency, language, safety, health, etc

Description :
The Capital Budgeting decision procedure basically involves the evaluation of the desirability of an investment proposal. It is obvious that the firm most have a systematic procedure for making capital budgeting decisions. The procedure must be consistent with the objective of wealth maximization. In view of the significance of capital budgeting decisions, the procedure must consist of step by step analysis.

The main objectives of the study are to describe the long-term financial commitments of BHEL by using capital budgeting process, and to determine the proposal and investments, inflows and outflows. To evaluate the investment proposal by using capital budgeting techniques and to summarize and to suggest for the better investment proposal.
