Title : Bioremediation of heavy metals (Cd, Ni, Pb) from paper industrial effluent.
    Description :
The effluent sample was collected from the paper industry. Then it was serially diluted and spread on LB medium by using spread plate technique. The microorganisms are isolated. The 3 heavy metal Cd, Ni, Pb are used. Then the colonies are grown and incubated in LB medium and the bio-chemical test was done for the morphological characterization of the microorganism. The sample was sent for sequencing and it was identified as Lysinibacillus boronitolerans by using BLAST analysis. A sample was analyzed for AAS analysis for metal degradation. Thus the bioremediation technologies prove to be an effective means of treatment of pollutants.
