    Desired Candidate Profile :
    ** Working experience in Web applications' development using ASP, ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, SQL Server 2000 etc.
    ** knowledge of XML is good, however not essential.
    ** Working experience in Windows applications' development using VB.Net, C#, SQL Server 2000, Crystal Report etc.
    ** Firm understanding of code optimization, like avoiding code redundancy etc.

    ** Should have good analytical and innovative problem solving
