The BPO unit of TBS was kick-started just under three years ago primarily to cater to the Residential Lettings market in UK. Since its inception the team has been growing in strength. Aside to handling processes on the lettings front, our team is now providing business consultancy and providing KPO services to its clients.

Job Title : Process Administrator
Job Description
The job involves working from our division in India and catering to the requirements of our clients in UK. The role could be voice based interaction with clients, back office accounting or a combination of both. The role will demand the candidate to use their initiative and handle client queries where needed.
[LIST][*] Handling back office accounting for our clients in UK[*] Ensuring all tasks for the day are met and the client is kept informed and updated[*] Handle client queries where needed using you own initiative where appropriate[*] Handle inbound/outbound calls depending on client and internal requirements[*] Assist in securing new processes from clients[*] Ensure process documentation for all processes are prepared and filed[*] Report to team leaders in a timely manner if there are any potential problems[/LIST]
What we are looking for?
We are looking for smart candidates with good communication skills and a flair for customer service. Candidates must be motivated and ready to work in a challenging environment and must possess strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of computers and must have the ability to work on their own initiative.

12.30 pm – 09.30pm IST during UK summer
01.30 pm – 10.30pm IST during UK winter
Salary - 1.2 to 1.8 lakhs CTC
