Project Manager :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering with 10-12 years experience in project management and construction of thermal power plants.

The Candidate would be responsible for timely completion, overall profitability of project, maintaining effective client relationship with efforts to motivate team members for higher performance. Preferably handled one or two project independently as In-charge.

Planning Engineer :
Graduate Engineers should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Planning, Scheduling and monitoring of project. Proficient in using MS Project is required.

Safety Engineer :
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with DIS, should have a minimum 3-5 years experience in construction site.

QA/QC Engineer :
Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3-5 years experience in Power, Petrochemical industry and familiar with certification in NDT Level II is an added advantage.

Design Manager/Engineer :
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 10-12 years' experience design, checking the drawings and drafting using Auto CAD. Should have knowledge of piping, structural, equipment General arrangement drawings, analysis and P&I drawings. Should be familiar with necessary codes and specifications like ANSI, ASTM and JIS.

Draftsman :
Candidate must Diploma/ITI (Mechanical/Civil). At least 3-6 years' experience in drafting services for Engineering projects covering mechanical/Structural, design work related Power/Petrochemical plants.

Engineer-Procurement :
Graduate Engineer/Diploma in Material Management with 3-5 years experience in Procurement of raw materials/consumable is must. Good knowledge of the procedures of vendor survey, evaluation and negotiation skills.

Engineer-Materials :
Graduate Engineer and Diploma in Material Management with 3-5 years experience in tracking of materials at site, guide sites for proper storage and preservation of materials and control access of materials at site.

Equipment Engineer :
Graduate Engineer/DME with 3-5 years of experience in erection & Alignment of Static & Rotary equipment like pumps, condensers, etc.

Turbine Engineer :
Graduate Engineer with 5-7 years experience in erection and alignment of Steam Turbine/ Gas Turbine.

Engineer/Manager (C&I) :
B.E. (C&I) / Diploma (C&I) with 3-7 years experience in Control & Instrumentation. Exp. In large Power Plant/Petro Chemical is required.

Electrical Engineer/Manager :
B.E. (Elect.) / DEEE with 3-7 years experience in electrical Installation of Transformer Electrical panels, MCC cabling etc Exp. In large Power Plant/Petro Chemical is required.

Store Manager :
Graduate with 3-7 years experience in construction site storekeeping and inventory.

Structural Engineer/Supervisor :
Graduate/DME with 3-7 years experience in Fabrication & Erection Heavy engineering structures/Ducting.

Boiler Erection Manager/Engineer :
Graduate Engineer / DME with 3-5 yrs exp. in planning, implementing and supervision of boiler installation for Power Plants of capacity 1000 MW and above. Good knowledge of boiler components, including pressure parts, structure etc.

Estimation Engineer :
Graduate with 3-5 yrs exp. in cost estimation Oil & Gas, Power & petro chemical Projects. Possess the ability to read and understand tender/contract documents.

Officer/Assistant : Accounts/Site Administration
Graduate with 3 years relevant experience in Construction Company.

Manager/Engineer :
BE with 3 to 5 years experience having good knowledge of commissioning of thermal power plant.
