I am currently working as Project engineer in “Technosafe Consultants”, Bharuch from June 2010. I am involved in the Hindustan Insecticides Ltd (Govt.), Mumbai and Coromandel International Ltd, Ankleshwar projects.
Project activities
Coromandel International Ltd, Ankleshwar
- It is an existing plant & is proposed to modify into dual product plant.
- Creation of Basic drawing like process P&ID, utility P&ID, plant layout, Elevation
- Designing of pressure vessels as per ASME VIII, agitator, (S&T type) heat exchangers, pipe sizing etc.
- Detailed engineering drawing like equipment data sheet, electrical layout, piping GA, piping isometrics
- Reports like piping material spec.(PMS), electrical/civil/piping BOQ
- Piping isometrics is being done on PDMS v11.6 (plant design management software) and all other drawings are done on auto-cad.

Hindustan insecticides Ltd, Mumbai
- It is a new plant based at Mumbai.
- Designing of pressure vessels as per ASME VIII, agitator, (S&T type)heat exchangers etc.
- Whole plant, with full detail, is being created on PDMS v11.6 by me

Piping project on THERMIC FLUID HEATER PACKAGE UNIT (TFH)
TFH is becoming increasingly popular for it’s fluid high heat carrying capacity at somewhat atmospheric pressure and gradually replacing boilers for high temperature requirement in almost all sectors. This of course does not replace boilers and it’s place remains same for low temperature requirement.
