    Designation : Mechanical Draftsman/Cad Operator

    Job Descriptions :
    ** The candidates should have 5 to 8 years experience in the field of engineering design and drafting.
    ** He should be from the field of project engineering, should have been exposed to design and engineering of capital equipments.
    ** He should be well versed with engineering aspects of structural design, mechanical design, piping design, etc.
    ** He should preferable be from the industry involved in manufacture of Thermal Systems such as Furnaces, Ovens, Lehrs, HAG's etc.

    The candidate familiar with equipment associated with engineering such as :
    ** Electro-mechanical drives comprising of gear boxes, motors, chains, sprockets, brakes, ropes, pulleys, lead screws, bearing etc.
    ** Hydraulic drives comprising of cylinders, pumps, DC valves, filters, bell mouths, relief valves etc.
    ** Piping systems comprising of pipes (various grades and schedules) welding, flanges, fittings, gaskets etc.
    ** Structural system and materials comprising of standard sections, strength and properties of ferrous material s, beams, trusses and joints etc.
    ** Thermal system components such as burners, fuel control valves, blowers, refractory, etc.
    ** The candidate should be proficient at drafting/modeling tools such as AutoCad, Inventor, Alibre, Solid Works etc.

    Job Profile :
    ** The candidate will work closely in design team and shall essentially be responsible for generating the drawings for the project assigned.
    ** He will be primarily responsible for the correctness of the drawings being produced by him. He will also assist the team in planning the drawing layouts and schedules.
    ** He will report to the Sr. Design Engineer and shall work closely with him, and jointly will be possible for preparing process and instrumentation drawing, assembly and detail drawings, checking and releasing drawing/documents for execution, etc.
    ** He will assist SDE in Preparing and maintain design tem MIS. He will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy decorum of the sanctum.
    ** The candidate should be essentially good in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi and/or any other language is welcome.
